Standard Delivery is Royal Mail Second Class.

If you need your shopping urgently you can upgrade to a guaranteed next day delivery signed for - just add the delivery in your shopping cart.

Returns/Exchange policy

 Exchange (within 14 days) - here comes the small print....

Should your coat not fit you and you would like to exchange it for a different size please email [email protected] requesting an exchange giving details of the existing coat and what you would like to exchange it for.

We will issue you with an exchange number which needs to be attached to the returned coat.  As soon as we receive your coat we will dispatch your replacement.

Returns (within 14 days)

Should your coat not fit and you would like a refund please email [email protected] requesting a refund.

We will issue you with a refund number which needs to be attached to the returned coat.  As soon as we receive your coat the refund will be made.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner.  All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
